Fadi has led key supply chain initiatives in strategic sourcing, category management, contract management and business process reengineering. Throughout his career, he has focused on best practices implementation, transformational initiatives and process improvement, with an emphasis on sustainable change, integrated solutions and lasting results. He is an innovative supply chain expert with strong leadership and a deep commitment to excellence. Fadi is an accomplished contract writer and negotiator, with a very successful track record of delivering cost reductions and long-term value to his clients in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, petrochemical, biotech, government, business services and manufacturing.

Fadi holds professional certifications from the leading supply chain management organizations, including a CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). He is a long-standing member of both organizations.

In addition, he is a certified implementer and administrator of Agiloft contract management software, as well as a certified Boomi integration developer.

Fadi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National University and a MBA from California State University.
